Hot Pink Jacket and Skirt. Jacket snaps up the front with rhinestone buttons, ruffle 3/4 sleeves, and ruffle hem. Chest 21.5", Waist 22", Hip 24", Length 17", Sleeve length is 12.5". Skirt has elastic waist and a ruffled hem. Waist 22"-26", Hip 28", Length 13". Looks like a silk crepe satin and the reverse looks like a Shantung. So not sure. Custom made.
