@kenzie864 it’s all good! The top alone measures around 14.5 inches in the front but it can also stretch a couple more inches wider. Length wise it is around 25.5 inches long, starting from the shoulders.

@kenzie864 that’s strange, have you tried doing it again? Maybe you typed in the numbers wrong or you didn’t put your exact name on your card holder.

@kenzie864 did you make sure the payment information matches what your card issuer has on file (Including billing address, zip code, CVV)? If so, you can also try contacting them to help you verify your card. If all else fails, you can also get it a bit less (just not as less as M e r c a r i) on another app I use called D e p o p.

@kenzie864 also, do you happen to live outside of the US? The app currently doesn’t accept payments from other countries. Another reason could be due to how you may have another account that uses that same credit card. Have you tried using any other payment cards for it to work?

@kenzie864 yes definitely try that! You can always delete the app afterwards too. If it still doesn’t work, then I think you should consider contacting the app and/or your bank.
