Hot Topic Floral print dress plus size 3 NWT

Hot Topic Floral print dress plus size 3 NWT This is a woven fabric dress and doesn’t have a lot of stretch. I’d say it is about a midi length. It has a tie in the front to adjust the top, and a zipper that goes about 85% down the back. The zipper is coming loose at the top (see picture), so I have discounted the dress for that reason. It can be easily fixed though. It has not been worn or even tried on. The arms are elasticized giving it a peasant/boho look. I have included the size chart in the photos for more details. It is a size 22W/24W
