Hot Topic Goth Victoria’s Secret Moda Intl Blue Velvet Long Sleeve Flared Dress

This is for dark blue long sleeve dress from Moda Intl. It is perfect for holidays or even everyday wear. It is labelled a Small, but runs big and would easily fit a Junior’s Large. It is in excellent condition, with little to no signs of wear. I do have pets. I try to keep my items clean and in a separate room, but there may be stray hairs.
