Hot Topic Red & Black Floral Halter Swing Dress Bodice has adjustable halter ties and black crochet accented V-neckline. It has bust cups and a fitted waistline. The skirt is a full circle skirt with just a touch of black tulle peeking out from the hem. Back zipper closure and it has POCKETS!!
