Lace up the front is sewn behind so you don’t have to worry about it coming undone or showing anything it shouldn’t. It has pockets as well. It’s like dark wine red but for some reason it’s showing more burgundy tint. It’s definitely more red than purple, so it’s a perfectt holiday skirt. The band is also stretchy.
