Hot pink cut off skirt from the Gap

This is a super fun skirt and can be dressed up with heels and a black top or worn casually with a tank top. The fabric has a similar feel to a casual pair of khaki pants and the hem falls at the knee (I'm 5'5). The cut off fringing is in excellent shape too. The size is a 4 Tall but is not too long for a standard size 4.
