Houndstooth Pencil Skirt

This is an original size 10 that was altered to fit a 4 so the width below the waist is wider than a normal size 4 would be. I am a weight lifter so my legs are bigger than my waist. This is a tweed fabric and the black has a little sparkle. It is lined.
