Houndstooth pencil skirt (high waisted)

This houndstooth pencil skirt is a size 4 but fits like a 6! I even fit into it comfortably when I was a size 8. The elastic band around the waist is extremely stretchy and the pattern hid any of my insecurities. There is a zipper and button at the top of the skirt but it can also be zipped on the bottom. That means that you can choose to have a back slit or leave it zipped closed.
