Hourglass Lily cobalt blue skater/twirly wrap dress (pockets and cap sleeves!)

Stunning color, a total wardrobe staple. Mostly rayon material, so this dress is very understanding and forgiving of shapes and movement! It has the BEST twirl on a dance floor. Cap sleeves, deep V neck, true wrap style, and functional pockets! Great condition. Shoulder to hem: 31” I’m 5’2”, ~140# (32DD, 29w, 39h) and this is super comfortable!
