This is a super cute wardrobe staple from independent brand Hours New York. It's a plus brand, so their small is a 10/12. It has a very comfortable cut and it will drape gentle against the body. It is about knee length and has pockets on the sides that are pretty concealed. It is in very good, pre-owned condition and was likely only worn a time or two.
