alysch4 @emilyannesmithh Uploaded pics with tape measure. Dress does have stretch, less so in the waist but it will fit someone that has S measurements in the size chart. I'm on the higher end of Medium and I could get it around my waist and hips it just didn't zip up very far 👀

alysch4 @stephanie6505 I think a 28in waist will be fine if you don't mind a tight fit. A 28.5in waist could probably fit but may need compression shapewear underneath.
