@dani_bernat did this dress have any alterations done? I’ve seen it in the gown length but not in this length. How long is it? Like midi length? Can you give me the bust and hip measurement?

@poshbossblair the material gives a bit which is why the range is displayed. It’s measuring at exactly what the range displays. I am a 34C/D and have a 29inch waist. I weigh 120 right now and when I first got the dress I weighed 135. I am 5’1”. It fits me now similar to how it fit me when I was 15lbs heavier.

@dani_bernat ok so I have a 30 inch waist and am at 145 lbs 5’6”. I think my hips is what worries me most about it since they tend to be wider. Are the hips measuring accurately too?

@poshbossblair so the hips are actually why I haven’t worn it because it’s loose on me on the bottom. In House of CB I am more of a small on the bottom and medium on the top. I was going to get it altered to take it in on the bottom but decided not to in case someone else wanted it.

@dani_bernat I have one dress from them… it’s the green Joelle … and it is actually in a size large which I feel is a tad big on me. The hip area is where it’s biggest (which I find odd since that’s my hardest area).. and not to mention it runs so much longer than I originally thought. I also wanted the bodice to fit tight and suck me in but am not getting that from the large… but I’m worried the medium may be too small

@poshbossblair ooooooffff I totally get that house of CB struggle!! I feel like it’s a constant search to figure out which style of theirs works well. I will say this dress was my absolute favourite in terms of a corset style top. I thought it was the most flattering of any of their busts I put on.
