The cutest mini dress with puff sleeves that have ties and a tie front. This is the plus cup size, a little bit more room in the chest area! Advertised that it is made for those with d cups and larger. However, I believe their clothing runs small in this area and the dress could easily fit someone with a c cup. Worn only once for a photo shoot.
