House of CB Workout Crop Top Front Tie Long Sleeve Size Large

I noticed the inside tag says it’s a Small, but the main tag says it’s a Large. It is a LARGE. I have included photos with a measuring tape. But because the front is fully closed via ties it could fit a variety of chest sizes. There is a small stain noted on the left upper sleeve.
