Hi were the straps cut and not supposed to be a halter? Can it be sewn back to the original straps w the loops?

@manij hi it appears that it was originally cut and I am unsure if it’s enough ribbon to loop back in. I do believe it’s possible to have a seamstress remove the odd straps and add new ones

@mamalifeintx are the loops still in the back to connect it? Anyway you can measure the length of the straps? How does it look as a halter? Do u have a pic of it on?sorry for all the questions

@manij it only has one loop left, but if you remove the last loop you change the straps sewn in the middle of the inseam lining. I unfortunately do not have a picture with it on as I never got a chance to make alterations to it.

One strap measures estimated 16 inches and the other is roughly 14 inches
