House of Harlow 1960 - Isa Maxi Blouse - size XXS, but fits like a size XS/S with the adjustable tie front detail. Perfect condition and never worn. Ordered from Revolve! Originally ordered for a local beach concert, but the weather changed last minute so I had to pivot to something warmer. Haven’t worn it because it’s so unique and deserves a fun occasion in my opinion!
