House of Harlow 1960 One-Shoulder Dress

NWT. Brand new, never worn! This dress is very cute and comfortable due to soft and stretchy material! I am typically a size XS but I do feel this size would easily also fit sizes Small too. Cute dresses up with heals, dressed down with sandals, and even cute with boots. The stretchy material would also make it likely work for someone pregnant! (Maybe under 6 months though haha).
