House of Harlow 1960 Rhinestone Top - New

This top is just fabulous! My camera does not pick up all the sparkle , but imagine a fabulous huge diamond sparkling ! The straps are very unique with the rhinestones. Retail is 295.00 - because of the fancy straps. This can be dressed up or down ! I could actually see this with jeans & heels ! Size medium. I have a small too .
