lovetoshoplinda Hi, what are the measurements unstretched please? Please include the width of the smocked "bust" band (need good coverage) I agree this could be a perfect maxi for shorter waisted people. Love a maxi but almost always too long for me. Thanks, Linda

fairfieldfinds @lovetoshoplinda Hi, it’s approximately 16 inches and will stretch about 2-3 inches due to the smoking. I am 5’3 and the dress is not too long if that is of any help! The straps are adjustable ties too so you can always lengthen or shorten it to your liking. Thanks and feel free to send an offer :)
