House of cb black vertical rhinestone striped dress long sleeve

Dress is not in great condition. Not sure what happened to it - the original person who put it up left out the actual condition it’s in. I absolutely love it but it’s not the best. I suspect the original owner washed it - in turn the rhinestones snagged all over the dress and there’s alot of piling, and loose threads. I did attempt to cut off the loose threads and shave off the piling and Although I made it alittle better - it’s still not where I want it to be. Hence the price. Perfect for New Years!
