This informative and thorough book is a great for those really getting into grilling, complete novices, or people who want to up their game. He covers a lot of different kinds of grills, techniques and things to grill. Loads of recipes, and how to photos. The book is used but is in good to great condition. There is wear on the corners, some light stains on the cover, and has a marker on the bottom of the book (see photos). No notes and no highlighting inside the book, no missing or torn pages.
