When you wrap the attached belt around the back it closes up the sides. Semi sheer lightweight fabric. No content tag but I believe it’s polyester. Fits like a small - pit to pit 35”, total length 46”. Waist is somewhat adjustable due to the openness on the sides, but I would say the max would be around 30” to make sure it wraps to cover everything. Good vintage condition no major flaws noted
