Vintage Women's Howard Wolf of Dallas Ivory Jacket This is a beautiful excellent used condition ivory short jacket with lots of details. It has a single hook in front at collar. Howard Wolf was an apparel company in Dallas that created beautiful high end clothing, made in the USA. The business closed in 1999. This jacket is most likely from the late 80's or early 90's.
