This listing is for HUDABEAUTY’s “NudeMedium” eye shadow palette!
Brand new and in its original packaging!
I swatched two colors and found that the colors weren’t what I was looking for. I’d return it to the vendor, but they’re required, by law, to throw it out creating more waste, which I’m not a fan of.
All offers considered!

This is marked NWT but swatched

Unfortunately it can’t be sold of swatched or considered NWT on Poshmark. I received the offer and alway double check the listing details before accepting. Due to sanitary reasons they only allow NWT make up not used or swatched even if claimed it’s sanitized before being sent. Just wanted give you a heads up

@mandaluvscoe What differentiates my listing from Poshers selling “used makeup” is that, first and foremost, I am a licensed esthetician and professional makeup artist (DE&NY since 2001). I would never risk my reputation and certifications selling products that could potentially harm any individual. That said, I can say with confidence that this palette and other products I’ve listed have been handled and stored with the utmost integrity.
mandaluvscoe
@pickyartist either way, it’s against Poshmark rules. Esthetician or not.

As I’ve mentioned on previous listings: I could return this item (for whatever reason) for a full refund, however, in doing this, I’d be contributing to the overflow of our landfills. It would be totally wasted.
By listing this palette on Poshmark, the consumer has the right to choose whether or not to purchase this item or to just “keep swiping”.
mandaluvscoe
@pickyartist if it’s been swatched or used it’s not allowed. And they remove listings daily and users for it. I was trying to help not offend you. I had liked an item and realized when I went to accept the offer it was swatched. But marked NWT which is not the case. It can only be considered NWT if not used or swatched. Brand new and in original condition as it was sold
mandaluvscoe
@pickyartist had I purchased and returned for it being swatched you would be in violation of site rules and automatically lose the return case.

@mandaluvscoe I appreciate your concern and your commentary. I’m happy to discuss this further with you, in the case that you’re a Poshmark representative.
My email is attached to my account, which can be accessed by your IT department.

@mandaluvscoe I appreciate your concern, “Karen”, however, you have every right NOT to purchase and/or endorse this listing.
You DO NOT, however, have the right to HARASS ME and thus, I’d appreciate it if you cease, now.
mandaluvscoe
@pickyartist it’s not harassment. I’ll just tag Poshmark and they can decide wether this is misstagged and misrepresented and also prohibited. I was informing you to be helpful. You respond with “Karen” very polite of you. Thanks (Amanda)
@pm_editor used make up:misstagged condition:prohibited item
pickyartist
@mandaluvscoe Karen, you’re making trouble and behaving in a self-righteous manner which I find to be harassing. I’ve asked you to CEASE, and yet, you continue.
Your behavior is harassment. Please stop now.

Furthermore, to touch upon your point regarding the “NWT” indication: the palette is in its original box with original barcode/UPC barcode. I’ve fully disclosed all pertinent information regarding the product. If you’re not interested in purchasing, I ask, again, that you stop harassing me.

@mandaluvscoe no my battle to fight but, what is the difference between this palette and every other used and swatched palette sold by other sellers on poshmark?
farrio
@pickyartist it is against the rules and you can be banned from here.
pickyartist
@farrio Still here. 😁
