Condition: New, sealed with manufacturing defects. There are a few tiny, monochrome marks and pieces of glitter on the bear's face. The glitter may come off since glitter pins tend to shed a little. See the photos. Additional Info: This is a 2-layer pin comprised of three separate pins. The yellow building is the bottom layer. The 3 flowers pin at the top is part of the second layer.
