Huge unusual amber mineral inclusions sterling silver ring size 7.75 leaf vine

Sterling silver ring set with a very large piece of genuine amber (tested) in an unusual skewed marquise or eye shape. The setting includes a vining leaf in silver on one side. The amber has what look like mineral inclusions, possibly pyrite or another mineral with a shiny gold appearance. Hallmark: 925. The setting is 1.5 inches by 1.25 inches. Size 7.75.
