Bright as springtime is the pink magnolia on both sides of this Hull pitcher in pale pink. The pitcher is 5 1/2" high at the spout, 3 3/4" across spout and handle, and 2 1/4" across the base. On the bottom of the pitcher is: "U.S.A. Hull Art H-3-5 1/2". This beautiful piece is ready to join your Hull collection and add color to your hutch. Hull's pastel art pottery flourished during the forties into year of 1950 when the plant was destroyed by a flood and then fire took out the rest of the plant as the kilns were flooding with waster as they were reaching temperatures of over 2000 degrees. On January 1, 1952, the company was restored and with full production coming from all new latest technology in pottery making. The company shut down in 1985 due to lack lustre sales and the increase of foreign products.
