Hummel #203 “Signs of Spring" TMK 4

Hummel #203 “Signs of Spring" TMK 4 Interested?? I am open to all offers, I read and reply to each one, and am generally easy to work with! This figurine is 4" tall and has no mars, repairs, blemishes, or cracks, however it has slight crazing on the bottom (not unusual for it’s age). Otherwise, it is in perfect MINT Condition. The trademark (4 Three Line Mark) places the manufacture of this piece Circa 1963-71. This piece was created by master sculptor Alfred Moeller from one of Sister Maria’s drawings in 1950. Sister Maria had a love of children and a whimsical nature; she sketched them in various situations. This one shows a girl at a fence with flowers and a birdie. She has one foot up, but oh my, she is missing a shoe! With flowers on the ground and still in the trees, this was early Spring in Bavaria. Beautiful piece for a gift or a keepsake!
