Love the pleating details at the top of the faux wrap. So pretty. This is not a wrap skirt! It just has the appearance of a wrap skirt-- the waist is fixed. Comes with a removable piece of matching fabric you can tie at the waist, or use it as a matching hair tie -- which I think is so cute!
