Hunter Over the Knee Rainboot NWOB

I don’t think I have ever worn these from the looks of the bottoms (see photos) they are in great condition and I love them just prefer a shorter boot for rain. They are a US 7 but I am a US 8 and fit in these comfortably! So can fit a range of size I would say. They are a heavy boot but so fun! Over the knee on me. I am 5’5. Scratch on left foot boot.
