I see you show the waist to be elastic with a tie. I assume that would accommodate 17 inches while laying flat? Also, what is the length of the skirt at the front center? thank you 🙂

@spbrenner hi, yes it has a drawstring which makes the waist adjustable to fit most sizes. the length for the L is approximately 13.5" and for S is 12.5. the L has a top too to go with the skirt. thank you and happy poshing
