Hustler Panties Underwear

I got them in the mail, tried them on, they were too tight, put them in the drawer for fitting into someday, but that day never came. So are they new? Well, I've tried them on, but they've never been worn since. Are they clean? YES! ***Hustler sizing/tag says these are a M/L, but I strongly disagree. These are more of a S/M.*** 95% cotton, 5% spandex. Measurements in pictures.
