Hutch Misha dress blue and green ruffle 2

Hutch brand Misha dress. Deep V front and back bodice with layered ruffle asymmetrical skirt. Blue and green two-tone color block. Invisible back zip. Fully lined. 2 side pockets!! Wonderfully made and Super lovely!!! NWT BUT WITH DEFECTS! There are some scuffs and scars in the fabric along the bottom layer. It is like this was modeled for a photoshoot and got damaged. There is also one small spot in the back of the waistband. I have not tried to treat these areas, so they may come out. I was going to get it altered for me, but I have not done it, so maybe someone else can alter it for them to love! 💕 it is so cute!
