HYER FEVER. NO KNOWN CURE. Vintage Hyer cowboy western boots with spectacular stitching, extra wide boot pulls, snip toes and more than their fair share of wild West mojo. Not much wear. Die-with-your-boots-on-soft, supple leather. Immaculate inside and out. Stitched leather soles and Goodyear heel caps - looks to us like these were nicely resoled at some point. The Hyer Boot Company has been making cowboys foot-happy since 1854, from cowboys riding the range to Hollywood. Hyer made boots for Roy Rogers, Harry Carey, Will Rogers, Tom Mix, Dwight Eisenhower, Clark Gable, Theodore Roosevelt, Buffalo Bill Cody, Calvin Coolidge, and Richard Nixon, among others.
