Beautiful flowing blue tonal maxi dress with cute crisscross straps at the back. Sleeveless. Fully lined. Excellent condition. Elastic waist. I heart this dress, if only it still fit! Chest 39” Waist 32” (elastic waistband very stretchy) Hips 50” Length 59” (shoulder to hem) Besides the elastic waistband, fabric does not provide stretch.
