I Heart Velvet Mini Dress (Wine Red)

Velvet mini dress in a gorgeous wine red with scallop cutouts under a high neck. This dress feels so soft and luxurious and it is super flattering. It has quite a bit of stretch also, material is made of a polyspan blend. Size is XS, measurements are approximately 14”ptp 11”waist 31”length i stretched. New without tags, unworn but tags were cut off.
