roxiebean @misgag1974 hi, sorry for the delayed response. It is 53” long when unfolded (as if wearing as a tube dress) but when folded over, it is approximately 44” (when wearing as a skirt). You can fold it over more or less to make it shorter or longer - it’s really versatile. The waist is about 26” but it is stretchy. Hope that helps.
