I Joah Cream Blouse

Light weight with open shoulders and decorative lace at the the bottom. A loose fitting shirt that goes past your hips, depending on your height. I’m 5’3 and it mostly covers my butt. Fairly new, worn just once and then sat in my closet for a year.
