firechick66 @cjk5940 Our furbabies!! I had rescued Gracie's brother at same time, he was the cutest (and most mis-behaved!!!) Pug-Beagle mix. He passed Jan 2021 at 14. We have a 3rd rescue, quirky girl!! She and Gracie hate each other (fight to kill) so we have to keep them apart. It's a challenging situation but we never give up on our kids!! Much love to you 🥰

purpleowlpicks I rescued 2 mix breeds from a shelter. One when she was a baby and a few months later another girl who was already a year old. They were inseparable for almost 2 years. Then one day something snapped. They would fight so hard it would take me, my husband and my son to get them apart. We tried everything even a dog medium. We finally had to return one of them to the shelter because it was so traumatic. It absolutely broke my heart. 😔

firechick66 @purpleowlpicks oh I'm so sorry!! Her brother who we adopted same time, passed@14. I found out later that they came from same home & had been wandering the streets as strays for months, stayed together. The most bonded pair!! Our other pup--Gracie tolerated her the 1st year. Then Millie decided to try to be Alpha. They now fight to KILL. But we keep them in separate parts of house/schedules. We will NEVER adopt two girls again!! Much love to you.

firechick66 @jdhops Thank you! My Amazing Gracie turned 19 this past June-- she's blind but besides that still remarkably resilient. Keeps dodging health scares, at this rate she'll outlive me lol. Happy Poshing 😘
