A slightly heavy coat that has tearing of the seems at the bottom tails of the coat. Nothing noticeable or severely damaging to the coat. A few well placed stitches reclining the seams is all this coat needs. Besides the condition the coat will keep you warm and comfortable during the winter and dry during a rainy day.
