I. Magnin Vintage Boho Mid-axi Dress Handmade Some Flaws size L (?) Please read

I. Magnin dress in fair to good condition-it's unquestionably vintage and could use some light restoration. Specifically, I found three holes where I noticed the seams coming undone - see photos. The holes I found are each about 1 cm in length and could easily be repaired. My sewing machine's in storage so I wasn't up to the task. One hole is just to left of zipper at waist, another is hidden behind some crossover fabric below left breast and the last is left waist close to side seam. I can't promise I didn't miss any other spots but nothing was immediately apparent. The fabric also has a few very small and contained snags - see examples. There are no size or fabric content tags. I believe the fabric is a dense poly blend mesh and it has some moderate stretch. The dress is handmade and it may have been a custom, or couture piece. There is a back zip. There are no stains, discoloration or pilling and the fabric is still bright. If this dress had regular wear, it was well taken care of. Measures app'x: 19 inches pit to pit, 17 across waist, 20 across hips and 52 long. These measurements would correspond to sizes 10-14 in today standards, and dress looks about a 12.
