Strappy sparkly silver heels by I. Miller. Intricate strap design with a buckle at the ankle and a low heel. Purchased from JC Penney and worn several times. These have some grippy pads that I attached in the toe area for comfort, these can be seen in the close-up picture. Soles are worn and some glue is showing at the seams.
