Can't tell you how many times I've received a package with items loosely put in box or envelope without any protection or even a "thank you". (and then they get upset if u don't give them 5⭐️'s)! It only takes a few seconds to txt thanks upon customer placing order or even handwritten note inside package. Just makes for good customer service. You have the right business sense!!
