This a vintage Linda Allard for ELLEN TRACY, this dess was purchased at the flagship Nordstrom in Seattle Washington. This was bought in 1985.This is 100%linen,its condition is like new,original belt,side pockets,wrap around midi.One would be hard pressed to find one in this beautiful condition. No wear no tear, if I didn't know any better I would have to say it's new.This dress is 100% not altered in anyway I take great pride in the way I take care of my clothes.This is also an investment piece and in pristine condition,this dress is 100% linen.Beautifly made and seams are all finished.

cheriecolwell Thank you for your like ,you have exquisite taste.I bought this in 1985,it is in pristine condition and it is as much in style today as it was in 1985.The seams have the french finish (the seams will never fray),it has pockets and the belt is original to the dresszI appreciate your like!C.colwell

cheriecolwell @starclock 32 inches with almost 4 inches to make smaller or larger with the hook and eye. 100% linen with deep side pockets. I am moving in a month and highly motivated to sell. Bought at Nordstrom's in 1985 for $400 dollars. One would be hard pressed to find a dress 👗 like this one. I measured with the dress opened up and it's 38 inches total, just a classic style. I am moving and am very motivated to sell. $30 if interested
