Chest is 40 inches length is 40 inches dress is full chiffon with interior lining that is separated. Beautiful colorful floral pattern with lots of vibrant colors. Back of the neck is enclosure button. The sleeves have a small ruffle and is elastic banded. The waist is also, as well as ruffle complete the bottom of the dress. Dress is brand new never worn and is not returnable.
