I get many compliments in this shirt and idk why

This fun shirt gets so much compliments. I’m not sure if it’s the pattern or if it’s the v-cut. Either way, you can pair this shirt with jeans or a pencil skirt and cardigan. Love that I could dress it up or down. primark 12, but I think def can fit smaller sizes
