I wish I knew the artist/designer of this shoe brooch

Because it's quite splendid with its stilletto image. There's an artist's name on the insole but I can't make it out. Great paint job -- blue background and hot fucshia splotces. No foot could fit in those pointed toes, but you can wear it! 2 1/2 inches from heel to toe. The heel itself is an inch high. New no tags.
