Found out after these arrived and it was too late to submit a claim that they had been altered. They have been hemmed, which probably actually makes them fit more people, but I'm 5'9." So here they are - if you're average or shorter height, these are the pants for you, already altered! I purchased this item from @shopaholic5sos. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
