NWT - Very unique design style, maxi length, slim at the top, with a “ballooning” effect as you move down to the bottom; perfect for fall/early winter and can be dressed up or down as you wish. Dress features two side pockets and a detached circle ‘band’ that can be used as a collar or head-band. Never been worn. Size S, but fabric is a little stretchy (part spandex).
